We collect or use the following personal information to populate a booking form with information required to make a booking. The information provided is required so it is known where to send contracts, invoices and other information relevant to the booking and to know where the event will take place.

Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

How long we keep information
Your information, unless otherwise requested by you, will be retained by Magic Jono for as long as deemed necessary for tax purposes and so that should you wish to make another future booking, you will be recognised as having booked with us in the past. Due to the nature of the service we provide, this helps provide you with the best service and variety for your future bookings.
How to complain
If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.
If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
